Tufts Checks Every Box for Four-Star Seth

As he got deeper into his recruiting process, Lochlan Seth (WTN 16.2) determined he had two options. He could try to play for a mid-level Division I program that wasn’t in contention for major titles, or he could join a top-level Division III program that had a chance to achieve big things.
Four-Star Lochlan Set Has Committed to Tufts

“I know some people really care about that D1 moniker and telling friends they went D1. But I don’t care about that,” Seth said. “The D3 offers sounded like more of what I wanted to accomplish in college.”
The four-star senior from Newton, Massachusetts found an ideal fit close to home. Seth has committed to Tufts University.
“There were so many boxes that I checked off where it was almost hard not to want to go there,” he said. “I have known the coach for a long time and we have a great relationship, the team is great and my family can see me play. I couldn’t get all of that at other places.”
