Late summer is a time for junior championships all across the country. Last week we covered the Nationals, and July/August also saw championships in every state and section - as well as zonal and intersectional team play.

Today we recognize those players who excelled this summer with a new edition of the Hot 100. The Hot 100 lists are published each month, and the August Hot 100 Lists feature the one hundred boys and girls who most improved their ranking during the month of July.
