Countdown to Signing Day

Fall is arguably the height of the college tennis recruiting season. And if you have to circle one day on the calendar, that day would be November 12 - better known as Signing Day.
November 12 is the first day of the one-week fall signing period - and the only opportunity this calendar year for seniors to make a formal commitment to a Division I or Division II school. The next opportunity is the spring signing period that starts in April 2009.
Our commitment lists (
boys,
girls) show a number of early verbal commitments - but those commitments are not official or binding. Several seniors who had made verbal commitments earlier this year have since changed their minds. November 12th is the first day when those commitments become official by signing a National Letter of Intent.
With Signing Week fast approaching, TennisRecruiting.net is once again ready to bring you special coverage. We will be running a series of special articles over the next few weeks to keep you up to date on all the Signing Week happenings.

Twice a year, TennisRecruiting.net updates its Star Ratings - sometimes known as "The Stars". Our next update to the Star Ratings comes in mid-March - and those ratings will be based on players' highest rankings during the next eight weeks of the year - from the week of January 8 to the week of February 26, 2024. We invite players to review their player records to ensure accurate ratings.
