Tennis Recruiting Profiles Help Coaches Find Players
Share:

Don’t get startled. Those people you see courtside wearing school-issued gear and watching your matches are college coaches.

After a year away from in-person recruiting because of COVID, everyone is adjusting to a return to some form of normalcy.

That’s why it’s more important than ever for players to know about the exposure TennisRecruiting.net can provide them to help reach college coaches.

Players and parents can link to the player's profile on TennisRecruiting.net and add a headshot and contact information for the coaches to use in the recruiting process. Until this is done, the player is listed with a provisional graduation year and there is no contact information for the coaches. Contact information should be updated because hundreds of college coaches at all levels across the country depend on TRN giving them this information.

Among our Coaching Advantage members using the site to help recruit:

  • 47 states are represented
  • 120 programs from the Power 5 and the Ivy League
  • 334 men’s programs
  • 375 women’s programs
  • 300 Division I programs (men’s and women’s)
  • 294 Division III programs (men’s and women’s)

Here are just a few reasons why coaches consider TRN a go-to source to help them recruit players:

  • “TRN is the primary focus for our recruiting needs because it groups the players according to their class year, gives us the contact information and also links us to any of the events they are playing. There is no other website that makes obtaining this information as easy as TRN.” - Todd Wojtkowski, Case Western Reserve men’s coach
  • “Everyone’s goal is to get the recruiting process right. TRN is an important tool for coaches and players who believe the college selection process is important.” - Rod Ray, Wofford men’s coach
  • “TRN has been extremely useful for our recruiting process as it provides contact information as well as a general sense of the levels that the players are at. The site also allows me to easily compile lists according to year, academic interests, etc which is a great tool.” - MIT women’s coach Carol Matsuzaki

It is easy to register for a free account - you can do it right here https://tennisrecruiting.net/account/join.asp
